I'm a big girl now!
Look who is sleeping in a toddler bed! On Sunday afternoon (2nd birthday) she took her first nap in her big girl bed. Daddy took the front off of her crib and we put the safety rail up. No issues thus far!!!!! She is staying in her bed, sleeping through the night and (cross your fingers) no roaming. Pssst....take a look at the cute owl bedding from Tarjay!

Two years has gone by since you came into our world and I cannot believe how much joy you bring into our lives. We are so blessed to have such a sweet, fun-loving little girl. You are growing up so fast and (aside from all of the diaper changes) I wish I could just freeze time and keep you little for a while. You are so smart and such an excellent talker. I almost always am able to understand what you are telling me which I think eliminates the amount of temper tantrums you are having. NOW dont get me wrong....you still have your daddy's temper but I think the fact that you can tell me what you want and I can understand you helps a bit. You are such a funny little girl. You love to make me laugh!!! Here are some of the awesome things you are doing right now!!!
1. You can sing "Twinkle Twinkle" and "Itsy Bitsy Spider" all by yourself.
2. You can say your ABC's all the way to L
3. You can count to 10 in English and Spanish (Thanks Dora)
4. Your fave song is "The Wheels on the Bus"
5. You LOVE to watch TV....your faves are Dora the Explorer, Ni Hao Kai Lan, & Yo Gabba Gabba
6. You are a really good eater...your faves; Strawberries, Mac N Cheese, Bananas, Carrots, anything dipped in Ranch, Cheese, Cheetos, Gummy Fruit Snacks, Pizza, Breakfast Burritos, Pimento Cheese, Ice Cream & Pineapples
7. You are really weird about shoes....you will not wear sandals (of any kind) ESPECIALLY if they go between your toes. You love tennis shoes and Crocs.....Mommy is gonna have to work on that.
8. You love to be in the water....swimming is your fave.
9. You are a lover of books. Your fave is called "Raindrop Plop" everynight after we dry your hair you always say "Mommy read Raindrops"
10. You love for Nana to paint your toenails and fingernails. AND you love to show them off!!!
11. Atlee is your best buddy!!!!
12. You have finally figured out how to give closed mouth kisses (THANK GOODNESS) but everytime I ask you for a kiss you do something really funny!!!! One day I asked you to give me a kiss and you said "No" so I told you if you didnt kiss me I might cry. So now everytime I ask you for a kiss you say "I might cry" and then you plant one on me!!
13. You are going to school at The Learning Tree and you just moved into the Two Year Old class with Miss Kim and Miss Karmon. You still cry everytime we drop you off but you always get better and end up having fun.
14. We go to church every Sunday and you dont cry when I take you to the nursery anymore.
15. And last but not least you are now sleeping in a big girl toddler bed!!!!! No more crib. I am so proud of you!!!

Happy 30something
Happy Birthday to that tall, dark and handsome man with a great smile. Happy Birthday to the Daddy who can make his daughter squeal with excitement. Happy Birthday to the man who works so hard to provide for his family. Happy Birthday to someone who can make me laugh even when I am in a mad mood! Happy Birthday Jabin :) We love you!
Happy Memorial Day
This memorial day weekend was spent with lots and lots of friends and family. The weather was very very warm and what better way to cool off than a dip (or two) in the pool. Here are a few pics of my two fave girls over the weekend!

The other day I was sitting on the couch watching Daley and how focused she was on her meal!!! I just had to snap a few pics while she wasnt looking...cuz in case you didnt know she isnt too fond of the camera. Well lets just say mommy got caught!~
