1. Flip Flops - (Much to my husbands disapproval) I am a flip flop junkie. I cant have too many pairs. I love flip flops. I have 2 fave brands. #1 Reef. These are super duper comfy and so sqwooshy. I have been a reef fan for about 4 yrs. I got my first pair at Ross the summer they opened here in WF (for cheeeep) and have been a fan ever since. Each yr around April my mom and I start scoping out Ross for Reef bargains. So ladies keep your eyes peeled cause sometimes you can buy the exact same shoe at Ross for 1/2 the price than at a department store. Ross usually has some really fun colors too. My #2 fave brand is Havianas. I bought my first pair last yr in Oklahoma City (because you cant buy them in Wichita Falls but you can buy online) and trust me folks you will fall in love too. I like them because they are soft & comfy but not spongy(like most of my Reefs are). By not-spongy I mean they are waterproof. This is important to me when I am workin outside, washing my car, or getting out of the pool!!! I just pop these babies on and never have to worry about "soppy soles" (as I call them). 
2. Daley's 1st Birthday - Ok Seriously I cannot believe that my lil girl is gonna be one on June 6th. This year has flown by!!!! I am sad that she is growing up so fast but excited to see the sweet lil girl she is becoming. I have lots of fun ideas swirling around about what to do for this important birthday and I am sooooo looking forward to celebrating it with lots of friends and family.
3. Aviator Sunglasses - ok so I bought my first pair of (big) aviator a few weeks ago and I love them. I think they are super cute and comfy to wear. I love my sunglasses as much as I love my flip flops. I think right now I have 5 or 6 pairs. Of course they are all very in-expensive cause I lose them all the time but never the less all super chic. BUT my fave pair at the moment are my aviators. Where did I get these cuties? The Dollar Store!!! YEP you read right....they were $5.95. best money I have spent in a long time.
4. Gardening/Planting - My fave part of being a homeowner is spending Sundays during the Spring & Summer in the yard. My husband has an amazing knack for yard work and working side by side with him is so much fun. I love to plant & maintain all things green so in honor of Earth Day I had to mention my love for planting. I enjoy being outside with my dear family and love making my house beautiful.
5. Bud Light Lime - What goes better with a day in the sun than a nice cold brew?!?! Ok so Bud Light came out with this clever product last yr when I was prego SOOOO obviously I didnt try it. Well a few weeks ago I was at my in-laws for a visit and they had some. I tried it and WOWSA!!!! De-lish :) I am a "Fruiter" as my husband calls it. By that he means I add fruit (lime) to my regular beer....SO one that already has it!!!! BONUS!?!?! Can you tell I am excited about this find? Ok so I have a tiny confession to make. Last sunday Jabin bought me a six pack of this frosty beverage (for our yardwork/cookout) and I drank 5 all by myself. Uh Yeah....I like em. I am not a big drinker (at all) so I really must be a fan. I do need to watch myself. This could get dangerous. HAHA
6. Baby Sunscreen - This is for sure on my list of things to stock up on for summa!!! So last summer my baby was teenie. And even though I was miserable stuck inside I knew she was too little for the sun or the pool. BUT NOT THIS YR! I am sooooo looking forward to takin her to the pool. We have 2 cutie suits AND even though my daughter was blessed with a God given tan I still need to protect her from getting burned. I have no idea what brand to get! Any suggestions moms?!?!
7. Bar - B - Q's - Ok so forgive the corny picture but I love me some cookouts. It involves food, drinks, & friends. Nuff said
8. IPod Touch - Ok so where would summer be without tunes? Itunes happen to be my choice! The Smythe family IPod is loaded with all our faves and is always on the docking station outside turned WAY UP!!!! I sure hope our neigbors like Randy Rogers Band ;)
9. Pretty Painted TOES - Ok so you couldnt tell by looking today but I am a pedicure kinda girl! Even though I dont usually splurge for a professional one (cause I am super tickle-ish) I love pretty painted toes. I have polish in a million different colors and I change them a lot during the summer. My fave thing to do on a Friday night (when Jabin is working late) is get out my pedi foot spa and give myself a pedicure. To me that is pamering. AND considering all those flip flops I wear my toes gotta look pretty!
10. 4th of July - I love fireworks displays!!! Not to be confused with loving fireworks in general cause I dont. They actually scare me. BUT when someone else plays with those dangerous lil explosions of fire I am mesmerized!!!! Last yr because of the country club golf course renevation our tradition was cancelled. So I am really looking forward to celebrating with family this yr. And of course I am sure Daley will be all decked out in her red white and blue (bow included).
11. Sundresses - Ok so because I have fat knees & thick thighs I am not really a short-wearin kind of girl but I do love me some sundresses. I am hoping to add a few new ones to my summer collection and in case you are in the market for a bargain Old Navy and WalMart (online) are great places to look. I dont know what it is about sundresses but they make me feel young & very feminine. Not to mention they are super comfy and cool :)
12. Ft Worth Zoo - In additon to celebrating Daley 1st birthday in early June we are planning a trip to the Ft Worth Zoo while we are in town for Janay's (Jabins sis) wedding. I have never been to this zoo and am looking forward to Daley getting to see all of the animals.
13.Tahiti Sweetie (Bath & Body Works) - as mentioned in my fave beauty products post this is a must have for summer. My skin gets super duper parched during the summer months from the heat and sun and this stuff is A-mazing. Just lather it on your body and your skin will feel soft and smooth. Not to mention it smells like heaven.
14. Poolside - this is where you will find me lots of weekends. (Even though my grandmas pool doesnt look quite like this) I love to lay out and swim in a nice clean, cool, can-see-the-bottom-no-fish-nibblin-my-toes-pool. That is my idea of relaxation!
